Who is iTravel2U?

iTravel2U is a curbside cell phone repair service provided by our highly skilled and professional technicians.

How far do we travel?

We travel to Nassau, Suffolk, Queens, Brooklyn, Bronx & Manhattan. Travel fees vary per area.

What are your hours of operation?

We are open for curbside repair from 10 AM - 7 PM on Monday to Saturday. Sunday closed.

How skilled are your technicians?

iTravel2U techs come from a variety of backgrounds. They range from full-time tech support professionals to part-time college students looking to make extra money. We hand select our techs, and only after they have demonstrated their knowledge through a series of skills assessments will we send them to your home.

What if I need to cancel or change my appointment?

What if I need another service after my device is repaired?

If you need additional service on an existing repair, your tech will notify our support team. If you need a new service, you can book online or by phone. PLEASE don’t contact your tech directly to book an appointment or make a payment. The iTravel2U Guarantee and any warranties only apply to services booked through our system. Additionally, any services arranged directly between you and your tech are not covered by our insurance policy.

What is included in the repair price?

We include the cost of parts and labor. We also charge an additional travel fee which varies based on your area.

What methods can I use for payment?

We accept cash, card, Cash App & Zelle. Payment will be taken after the repair is completed. When your service is complete, your tech will ask you to sign to acknowledge the job's successful completion. We'll then charge the payment method you provided. If your tech could not complete the service for any reason, they'll inform us, and support will be in touch to discuss the options. If you are not satisfied with our service, please don't sign off as you will be charged at that time. Our support team will be in touch to find out how we can ensure your satisfaction.
